Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all USA customers. Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Items must be unopened or in like-new condition for full refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Print the prepaid return shipping label we provide
• Ship the product back to us in original packaging
• No return shipping charges for defective items

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping refund depends on return reason (see details below)

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are issued for:

• Defective or damaged products (manufacturer defects)
• Wrong item delivered
• Product arrived damaged despite packaging
• Changed mind within 30 days (original shipping non-refundable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products outside of their original condition

Manufacturer Warranty

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2-3 years). Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. We can facilitate warranty claims on your behalf at no charge.

Damaged in Shipping

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will either replace the item or issue a full refund. Return shipping is free for manufacturer defects.
