Service Area

Printer Hub ships to all 50 United States. We do not ship to territories, military addresses, or international locations at this time.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across the USA:

  • East Coast: 2-3 business days
  • Central US: 3-4 business days
  • West Coast: 3-5 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii: 5-7 business days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $9.99 for all orders. Free shipping is available on orders above $500. Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment in real-time on the carrier's website. We use major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for reliable delivery.

Delivery Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete street address with apartment/suite number if applicable
  • City, state, and valid ZIP code
  • Daytime phone number for delivery notifications
  • Residential or business address clearly specified

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Do not discard the original packaging
  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • Replacement or refund issued once claim is settled

Signature on Delivery

Some high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified if signature is required. If you are not available, the carrier will leave a notice and reschedule delivery. Premium items are insured against loss and damage during shipping.

Special Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., "leave at back door," call before delivery), please include them in the order notes during checkout. However, carriers are not guaranteed to follow special instructions. For critical requirements, contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States. All printers and routers are sold only to USA addresses. If you need international shipping, please contact support to discuss options.
